ABH Ukraine Limited, the Shareholder of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine), Appointed Ilya Arkhipov the Member of the Supervisory BoardOn March 31, 2017, ABH Ukraine Limited, the sole shareholder of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine), by its decision has changed the composition of the Supervisory Board – Ilya Arkhipov was appointed to the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board withdrew Volodymyr Tatarchuk from the Supervisory Board; no other person has been appointed for his position.
Ilya Arkhipov has been appointed for an indefinite period; he owns no share in the authorized capital of Public Joint-Stock Company Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).
Before his appointment as the Supervisory Board member, Mr Arkhipov held the position of an advisor at Alfa-Bank (Ukraine). Before that, in 2005-2016, he was employed by SCM Group, where was a long-time member or chairman of the supervisory boards of such Ukrainian banks as FUIB, Dongorbank, and Renaissance Credit Bank.
