Shareholders of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" Elected New Members of the Supervisory BoardOn 7 February 2017, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Ukrsotsbank’s shareholders approved changes in the Bank’s Supervisory Board. Thus, new members Rushan Hvesyuk and Andrew Baxter were elected and Pavel Nazariyan and Petr Aven were excluded from the Board.
Andrew Baxter is also a member of the Supervisory board of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) and one of the Executives of the Board of Directors at ABH Holdings S.A., in charge of the Group audit.
Before joining Alfa Group in 2005 Andrew Baxter worked for SUN Group, an investment company.
In 1999 he served as Chief Financial Officer at Navenor Holdings Ltd., one of the SUN Group companies; in 2000 – Chief Financial Officer at SUN Capital private equity fund; in 2001 – Partner of SUN Group. Previously, he held various positions at Renaissance Capital bank, the U.S. Russia Investment Fund, CS First Boston (Moscow) and Deloitte&Touche (Johannesburg, RSA).
Andrew Baxter graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg in 1988, awarded the Bachelor in Commerce and Finance degree, qualification of the Chartered Accountant (S.A.).
