Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) Increased Share Capital by UAH 4.7 billionOn January 25, 2017, Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) has finalized the increase of share capital.
Earlier, under the statutory procedure the restated articles of association of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) were registered (December 2016) and the shares issue registration certificate of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission was received (January 2017).
Let us recall that on September 30, 2016, within the framework of complete and early fulfilment of additional capitalization program the shareholder of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) – ABH Ukraine Limited (ABHU) that owns 100% of share capital of the Bank – has made the payment for 1.7 mln shares of the Bank in the amount of USD 180 mln or about UAH 4.7 bln at the NBU rate as of this date.
