PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" (Ukraine) Announced Changes in the Executive BoardDue to the recent change of shareholder PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" (Ukraine) announced changes in the Executive Board. Mauro Maschio, the Deputy Chairman of Ukrsotsbank, stepped down, as well as two members of the Executive Board: Giacomo Volpi and Pavel Haskovec.
Sergey Yermakov, Artur Atanov and Rostyslav Matias became new members of the Executive Board of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" (Ukraine). Andrei Mescheryakov kept his current position as a member of the Executive Board. Tamara Savoshchenko remains the Chairman of the Executive Board.
Artur Atanov joined PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" (Ukraine) in May 2016 as a Head of retail business centre. Prior to joining PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" (Ukraine), Rostyslav Matiash served as a Head of Legal department at Alfa-Bank (Ukraine). Sergey Yermakov served as CFO at Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).
