Alfa-Bank Ukraine Paid Third Interest on Series K BondsAlfa-Bank Ukraine announced that the third interest on Series K bonds was paid in time and in full.
The payment amount for one bond was UAH 99.73, the total amount - UAH 4.26 million. The interest was paid on January 6, 2015 according to the registered prospectus.
The Series K bonds issue are valued at UAH 300 million (USD 19.01 million) and have a five-year maturity (through 4 July 2018). The coupon rate for the second year will be 20% per annum, and will be payable twice a year. The bonds feature an annual put option. The next interest income payment dates will be 6-8 July 2015.
