TNK-BP Embarking on Commercial Development of the Uvat Group of Deposits

TNK-BP is getting down to commercial development of the Uvat group of deposits, a spokesperson of the company informed. Deposits are operated by TNK-Uvat. The Uvat group of deposits, Tyumen Region, comprises 7 deposits with extracted reserves of 115 million tons. As announced earlier, TNK intended to engage an outside investor in development of the Uvat group of deposits, and Chinese companies expressed interest in the project.
