VimpelCom to release third quarter and nine months 2006 financial and operating results on Thursday, November 30, 2006 23 Nov 2006
 Moscow and New York (November 23, 2006) — Open Joint Stock Company "Vimpel-Communications" ("VimpelCom" or the "Company") (NYSE: VIP), announced today that it will webcast its conference call on its third quarter and nine months 2006 financial and operating results on Thursday, November 30, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. Moscow time (10:30 a.m. ET). The conference call will be hosted by Alexander Izosimov, Chief Executive Officer. He will be joined by Elena Shmatova, Chief Financial Officer, Nikolay Pryanishnikov, Executive Vice President – General Director, Regions; Kent McNeley, Chief Marketing Officer, and Valery Goldin, Vice President of International and Investor Relations. The Company's management will discuss its third quarter and nine months 2006 results during a conference call and slide presentation.
