According to an independent survey published by the consumer magazine Imeesh Pravo (“You Have the Right”) and Nextep Promotion, a marketing & communications agency, Alfa-Bank heads the list of the ten largest retail banks operating in Moscow for its high-level services with a total rating of 85.3%.
Alfa-Bank was named “Best Retail Bank 2004” by Global Finance, “Best IT Bank in Russia 2006”, “Best European Co-Brand Partners 2006” by MasterCard and National “Super Brand of the Year 2005”.
Alfa-Bank’s retail business department is headed by Victor Bashkirov, Member of the Executive Board.
