Oleg Tumanov, Alfa Bank’s Deputy CEO, speaks on Strategies for Competing in the Russian Financial Sector in London, December 2nd, 2003

Speaking in London together with Oleg Viugin, 1st Deputy Chairman at Central Bank of Russia, Andrei Kazmin, President and Chairman of the Board at Sberbank and senior executives from Deutsche Bank Ltd, HSBC (RR), Rosbank and Raiffeisenbank at the Adam Smith Institute Conference on Russian financial sector Oleg Tumanov explained that, new segments like mortgage, consumer lending offer exciting new opportunities in the Russian market. "Alfa Bank Express, new Retail Network of Alfa Bank, is one of the key initiatives which Alfa Bank has launched to access the growing retail banking market in Russia," Oleg Tumanov said.
