Ryazan Refinery Granted Diplomas and Prizes of the Contest “100 Best Products of Russia” 17 Nov 2006
In 2006, the unleaded gasoline brands Premium Euro-92 and Premium Euro-95 produced by the Ryazan Refinery were awarded diplomas of the contest “100 Best Products of Russia.” Moreover, the diesel fuel brand EURO of the EN 590 standard produced by the Ryazan Refinery won a prize of this prestigious contest. These diplomas and prizes demonstrate that the independent judges of this contest highly appreciate the quality of products turned out by the Ryazan Refinery.
The Ryazan Refinery has an extensive experience of participation in the contest “100 Best Products of Russia.” In 1998, high-octane gasoline grades Ai—92 and Ai—95 of the Ryazan Ecological Series produced by the Ryazan Refinery were prize winners at this exclusive annual contest. Then, high-octane gasoline of the refinery was the first and only oil product entered into the list of one hundred best-quality products made in Russia. In February 2000, the Ryazan Refinery began to produce diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 0.035%. The same year, diesel fuel DTE with improved environmental properties produced at the Ryazan Refinery was granted diplomas of the all-Russia contest “100 Best Products of Russia.”
The contest “100 Best Products of Russia” was established in 1998 by the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Standardization and Metrology (now the Federal Agency of the Russian Federation for Technical Regulation and Metrology), the international public organization “Quality Academy,” and the editorial board of the journal “Standards and Quality.” The program of the contest is working on a permanent basis.
