Alfa-Bank has appointed Andrew Baxter and Tomasz Kazmierowski as Members of the Executive Board of the Bank

Andrew Baxter, Chief Financial Officer of Alfa-Bank, and Tomasz Kazmierowski, Head of Consumer Finance Business of the Bank, appointed Members of the Executive Board of Alfa-Bank.

Before joining the Bank in July 2005, Baxter worked at SUN Group as Partner in charge of the Moscow Office. Prior to that, Baxter worked at Renaissance Capital, The US Russia Investment Fund, CS First Boston and Deloitte & Touche, all based either in Moscow or Johannesburg. Baxter graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, with Bachelors degrees in Commerce and Accountancy. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in December 1990.

Alfa-Bank Russia
