BP Q3 Financial Results Will Include The Impact of TNK-BP Operations

BP will include the impact of TNK-BP operations in its Q3 financial disclosures, a BP official said. According to a BP press-service official the financial disclosures will include information on TNK-BP operations during last month. Legally, the company has started its work after the deal was completed on the 29th of August. The financial disclosures of the British company will be released on the 28th of October, according to press service. BP and TNK shareholders Alfa Group and AAR (owners of 97%) first announced the deal February 11. The main agreement was signed in June and the deal was completed in late August with the inclusion of 50% of Slavneft in the new company. The deal was $6,75 billion worth. AAR contributed its interest in TNK and Sidanco, in Rusia Petroleum, in gas field project developed by Rospan company in West Siberia, and in Sakhalin VI project. BP contributed its interests in Sidanco, Rusia Petroleum, Sakhalin IV and Sakhalin V, as well as their Moscow retail chain.
