Andrei Kosogov
Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Altimo
Since April 2006, Mr. Kosogov is Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Altimo and since 2003 he is a member of the Board of Directors at JCS "AlfaStrakhovanie". Mr. Kosogov is also a member of the Supervisory Board of ABH Holdings S.A. (holding company of Alfa-Banking Group) and a member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Asset Management. From November 2005 through June 2009, Mr. Kosogov acted as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine and from November 2005 through April 2011, Mr. Kosogov acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfa Asset Management. Until May 2005 Mr. Kosogov was First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Alfa-Bank Russia and Director of its Investment banking division. Mr. Kosogov graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1987. He was born in Sillama¸, Estonia in 1961.
