Alfa Group Consortium Publishes its 2006 Annual Report, Combined Financial Statements and Auditors' Report for the year ended 31 December 2006.

Moscow, Russia (12 October, 2007) – Alfa Group Consortium, one of Russia’s largest privately owned financial industrial conglomerates, today published on its corporate website its 2006 Annual Report which includes the Combined Financial Statements and Auditors' Report for the year ended 31 December 2006. The Combined Financial Statements were prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). According to the Combined Financial Statements at 31 December 2006 Total Assets amounted to US $32.2 billion; Shareholders’ Equity amounted to US $9.4 billion; and for the year ended 31 December 2006 Profit (amount attributable to majority shareholders (excludes minority interest)) amounted to US $1.7 billion.
