Journalists of Leading Business Editions Name the Best PR Specialists

A list of the best PR specialists has been published by the Advertisement Industry journal. The list has been based on data obtained from the expert poll organized for journalists from the leading business mass media. They assessed PR-managers using several criteria: availability, awareness and ethical conduct while communication with mass media.

The poll involved about 70 journalists from the following mass media: the Vedomosti, Izvestiya and Commersant newspapers; the Company, Profile Expert journals; the Interfax, RBC (including RBC daily) and RIA News information agencies.

Only 6 persons out of 55 best PR-managers represent oil production and refining. Vladimir Bobylev, press-secretary of TNK-BP, has become one of the best PR specialists.
