On July 1 a New Enterprise of the International Holding ÒNÊ-ÂÐ in Ukraine Was Launched –ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Commerce

ÒNÊ-ÂÐ starts wholesale activities and from now on will sell the oil products at the territory of Ukraine independently.
LLC “ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Commerce” was created in April, 2005 after the second stage of restructuring of the Ukrainian assets of ÒNÊ-ÂÐ.
In compliance with the decision of the stock holders of ÒNÊ-ÂÐ the new company will engage in wholesales of the oil products. Felix Lunev was appointed the General Director of ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Commerce. The company’s stuff amounts to 100 employees.
According to Anthony Considine, the Executive Vice-President BP in charge of downstream operations, ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Commerce was created as a customer-oriented company. “Assuming that the principles of work with customers of different levels have significant differences, separate subdivisions have been created in the structure of ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Commerce to work with the corresponding categories of customers. This is worldwide practice of business administration, which proved very positive”, - said Anthony Considine. “The enterprise will perform exceptionally operational functions: it will be engaged in wholesales, distribution, creation of the jobber network, logistics, minor wholesales, export, administration of the petroleum storage depots”, - added Felix Lunev, the General Director of ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Commerce.
Reference. Restructuring of the Ukrainian assets of ÒNÊ-ÂÐ began in spring 2004. The target of this reform was to increase the transparency of the business processes and improvement of the corporate management standards of the International Holding.
In the result of the first stage of restructuring which took place in June 2004 a management company ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Ukraine was created. This company is responsible for working out of the single strategy and standards for all enterprises of the group, it monitors using of the assets at the territory of Ukraine, performs functions on providing security for business of the group of companies ÒNÊ-ÂÐ in Ukraine, represents the interests of the Holding in the State Structures and provides cooperation with the mass media.
At the second stage of restructuring ÒNÊ-ÂÐ started economical activity in sphere of sales of the oil products independently, having created a new production unit - LLC “ÒNÊ-ÂÐ Commerce”.
In the course of the next year ÒNÊ-ÂÐ intends to complete restructuring of its assets in Ukraine, making the management system of its production facilities more transparent, as well as simplifying the structure of its sale enterprises.
